Patrick McGing is currently Regional Principal for OneSchool Global NSW and has national and global responsibilities for a network of over 130 campuses in 20 countries with 9500 students and 3000 staff. Patrick is the global lead for self-directed learning teaching and learning projects at OneSchool Global. Previous to his current role, Patrick was a teacher and Head Teacher at various public and independent schools and was Deputy Principal of St Clares’ College in Waverley and from 2012-2016 was Principal of Georges River Grammar. Patrick has lectured for Sydney University, the English Teachers’ Association, Southern Cross University and the Board of Studies and hold educational and management degrees at Masters and Honours level.
Patrick has been formally associated with BEHHA since 2011 but has been involved with BEHHA activities since its beginnings in the late 1970’s where he and his family were regular supporters of fundraising activities for BEHHA. Patrick had a sibling who was a long term resident at one of BEHHA’s independent living homes.
